Important Details
- For NYSBA Member, Spouse or Domestic Partner: Both 10-year and 20-year level term life insurance policies offer coverage amounts of $100,000 to $3 million, in increments of $50,000.
- Both 10-year and 20-year level term life insurance policies offer an accelerated death benefit option allowing for a one-time payment of 50% of in-force coverage if you are diagnosed as terminally ill.*
- NYSBA members under the age of 69 can apply for 10-year level term coverage along with their spouse/domestic partner and dependent children.**
- NYSBA members under the age of 59 can apply for the 20-year level term coverage, along with a spouse/domestic partner and dependent children.**
- NEW: Optional waiver of premium is available.
